I traveled to South Africa on safari for the first time this past April. This painting represents a new vein of wildlife for me, although I've been painting African wildlife for years, I have been limited due to never having been there. Bob Kuhn and Ken Carlson said it would change my life, now having experienced the dark continent, I long to return. |
